Shipping policy
Our regular business days include Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST excluding holidays.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed AFTER 5 pm EST are processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Once shipped, your order will arrive based on the delivery location and your selected shipping method at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as well as processing days.
We cannot guarantee any shipping times once packages are shipped out via customer-selected method.
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout, please email us at info@glossy-couture.com within 24 hours so that we can change the address on file. If your package is shipped back to us, you will have to pay an additional fee to have it reshipped.
