How can I contact customer service?

    What are your lip glosses made of?

    • All of our lip glosses contain: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene (and) Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer (and) Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil
    • Some of our lip glosses may contain: Mica Powders, Liquid Pigments, Biodegradable Glitter, Flavoring Oil
    • Please refer to individual product descriptions for a full ingredient list. 

    When will my order be shipping?

    • Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 5pm EST are processed the next business day). You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

    How do I return an item?

    • Due to the cosmetic nature of these products, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly stand behind the quality of our products to make sure you have the best customer experience. In the event of a wrong item being sent, a missing item or a defective/damaged item, please see our refund policy here: https://glossy-couture.com/policies/refund-policy

    My order says it's delivered but it's not here, why?

    • If this situation ever occurs, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Glossy Couture packages your orders with extra care to ensure that your order is well-packaged and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You may file a claim with USPS in such events: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

    Do you test on animals?

    • Never. We are a cruelty-free operation.

    Are your products vegan?

    • Yes. No animal products are used in our formulas.

    Where are your products made?

    • All of our formulations are produced and packaged in the USA. 

    Do you offer international shipping?

    • Yes! We ship internationally to all major shipping zones including Europe, Canada and Australia. You can change the currency settings in the main menu & view our shipping rates with DHL and USPS at checkout.

    Will I have an allergic reaction to your products?

    • At Glossy Couture, we are extremely particular about what we put in our products and what we choose to leave out. Our products are always formulated to be as hypoallergenic as possible. Our formulas include raw materials that are vegan, cruelty-free, and nut-free. While we strive to make our products less likely to cause any allergic reactions, we also understand that our products cannot be completely immune as everyone’s skin is unique. That is why we always advocate for our customers to do a skin-patch test to see if you have any allergic reactions to our products BEFORE use

    HOW TO DO A SKIN-PATCH TEST:

    • Test a small amount of the product on the back of your hand and leave it on for 1-2 hours. If irritation or redness occurs, please do not continue to use the product. Wash away with soap and water and if irritation persists, seek medical attention.
