Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly stand behind the quality of our products to ensure that you have the best customer experience.


If a wrong item is sent or an item from your order is missing, please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@glossy-couture.com so that we may resolve the issue.

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and process a refund. 


If your item arrives damaged or defective, we can replace the item OR process your refund. Please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@glossy-couture.com with details of the product defect so that we may resolve the issue.


We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


NOTE: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
